Default burn-outs

Whenever l do a burn-ot, the rear end always slides over to the right! What do l need to correct this to a straight line and stop the sometimes wheel-hop? also.... what is the largest-safest tire to mount on my stock 18 x 8.5 fanblades?

You need to tub the rear end and get 12" wide drag slicks ........

Get some adjustable lower control arms. Also get some wider diameter rims to allow for bigger tires. I say this especially if you start to mod your car. More rubber better traction.

Wider diameter? Don't you just mean wider? LOL

Wider diameter means he'd switch from 18's to 19's or 20's.. LOL

Anyhow.. Yes, adj. LCA's and possibly LCA relo brackets will stop the wheel-hop, but I don't know what to tell you about keeping your burn-outs straight.. Practice?

As for the widest rubber you can get on there, go look on like Nitto or Firestone's website - they'll tell you the rim sizes required for the different width tires. On an 8.5 I don't think I'd go much farther than 255, MAYBE 265 (but that'd be pushing it, and might not be safe)..
