Caster/Camber plates or bolts???
Is it worth buying the caster/camber plates for a lowered Mustang with only a 1.5in drop. I am only wanting the negative camber to be gone. I am not trying to be cheap but I am not going to be taking my car to the track. So I was wondering if I could just get the Eibach bolts to correct the alignment in the front? The plates seem helpful but are a little more advanced thenwhat I need for a daily driver.

I like some negative camber as it aids in cornering (at least until my SLA set up is installed in two weeks [8D])
Neg. camber can be hard on tire wear tho, so if for DD andnot into thetwisties, theycan save some tire wear .Should not be too much with your drop, so I don't think tire wear would be thatbad.

The camber bolts can slip if you drive on rough roads, but are probably good enough if you do not take the car to the track. I would reccomend getting the billet camber adjuster from granatelli, they are similar to the steeda ones which are $210, and they give you plenty of adjustment. I called yesterday and they have them for $50 until the end of the month which is really cheap because they seel everywhere else for 150-200.

How much negative camber do you have after the drop?
I am running almost -2 (more like -1.9) degrees negative on the street and I am not having any tire wear issues. I have put about 4,000 miles on my car since I set it up that way. I also have my toe set at zero.
