Default JBA headers: Poor engineering

I put in JBA long tube headers. The outlet on one was too big. It was tough getting the passenger side though the opening. Passenger side, right by the 4:1 collection point, it rattled against the frame of the car. I told JBA. I was told I could send it back. What? Take it back out and send it back? Nope. The tech guy said I could bend it away without too much trouble. Nope, wouldn't budge. I tried two racheting straps- nope. I took it to Midas. They bent and shortened the hangar and got it out of the way of the channel on the frame. Cost was $32. I sent the bill and asked JBA to pay, but got no response.

They work fine, but a trip to Midas to expand the mid-pipe, then another trip to fix their blunder.
