As long as the Super Blue is DOT 3 compatible then there should be no problem. Brake flushes are recommended every 25-30,000 miles a "Vaculator" or similar device should be used for proper flushing I do it in my shop all the time.......and Oh my the crap that comes out.

ATE Super Blue is a DOT 4 fluid and my recollection is that the recommendation for DOT 4 is that it should be flushed at least once a year to maintain performance.
