Default Will these wheels & tires fit on my 07 GT?

Anthracite Deep Dish Bullitt Wheel 94-04 (17x10.5). The tires are nitto 555r drag ratios. Tires have about 85% tread left.Wheel Specifications
Style: Bullitt Finish: Anthracite
Size: 17x10.5 Centercap Size: Large (2-1/2")
Back Spacing: 6.8" (174mm) Offset: +28mm (1.10")
Bolt Pattern: 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm)
Fitment: 94-04 V6, GT, Bullitt, Mach 1, and 94-98 Cobra

I am looking to pick up a set of wheels and tires for the drag strip, and I found these on craigslist. Currently I am running the stock 235x50 R18 tires and I can not get any traction in 1st or 2nd. My 60 ft. time is 2.40 which is horrible. I am running a Whipple supercharger with 5 lbs. boost pushing 400 hp at the flywheel. I also have the Ford racing suspension package and 3.73 gears. I would appreciate it if someone knows if these will work with my set up.

They will fit, but will stick out pretty far being that wide.

I can just about guarantee you will rub on fender

The S197 18"x10" & 20"x10" wheels are 45mm & 48mm off-set, respectively. That will "move" the prospecive wheels outward about 3/4" or so. I would be willing to bet you will rub on the fender going 10.5" wheels.

***HERE*** is an eBay seller with 10.5"x20" wheels running 50mm off-set. That is just over 3/4" farther inward than the ones you would be buying. I don't see that much room available even with a 17" and DR's

I would not make this purchase for your ride.

Default Thanks for the info

Well I guess I will pass on those.
So any recommendations for wheels and tires for the drag strip to improve my 60 ft. time?

What wheels & tires are you running in the back to get a 1.7 60 ft. time?
