Steering following grooves in the road
Anybody thats running the stock BFG tires notice your car following valley's and dips in the road?
My car seems to be getting worse and I'm not sure if it's the tires or the alignment.

Well you may want to check your tire pressure, under/over inflated tires can effect your contact patch which will result in more or less grip on the road at the potential cost of handling and steering.

Once your tires start to develop a bad wear pattern they only get worse. When was the last time they were rotated? Were any of them underinflated or grossly overinflated for any length of time?
Mis-alignment can do it (static toe-out can be "twitchy"). I know that Pros don't give the most severe drop, but they will cause a change in camber (more negative) which affects toe (less in or more out). Did you get an alignment after lowering? If so, do you have a print-out of the 'before' and 'after'?
Tramlining. Some tires are worse than others even in the same size.
Wheels with different (usually less) positive offset can contribute to the problem.
