Not to cut in, but I have a question. Lower by how much? I am lowered by 1" all around - Roush Stage 2 Kit.

Very easy and you can reuse your stock bolts/nuts. The front bushings have to be greased and installed, but the extreme joint is pre-assembled and greased. It's very easy to install the front bushings and sleeves. Make sure the grease fitting is pointing down and that the offset is pointing inward, in other words, the bar should be offset towards the outside of the car. You can let the axle hang, but I keep a jack under it just to make it easier to line up the holes for the control arms. Do one side at a time and you'll probably have to pull or push the axle to line up the holes, but it's not that hard. Taking the tires off makes it a little easier to remove and install the arms, but be sure to torque the bolts when the weight of the car on the axle.

I am lowered 1.5 inches all around and noticed an obvious difference in ride quality after adding the CHE lca relocation brackets. It just rode much smoother with the lower control arms parallel to the frame. You might want to install the BMR brackets because you have more mounting options for different drops. At the very least traction will improve.

like moose said you want the LCA's parallel to the ground... many feel that 1 inch or less drop doesn't require relocation brackets but you need to check your pinion angle first ....JMO
