Default LCAs and UCAs

I just picked up the following:

BMR Boxed Steel Lower Control Arms (Polyurethane / Spherical Bushings)
BMR Adjustable Upper 3rd Link w/ Polyurethane Bushings and Upper Control Arm Mount

How bad will this be for a daily driver/track car (NVH wise)?

Not bad at all. You've got a poly bushing on every chassis side, I'd be surprised if it is noticeably worse than stock.

When you install the arms put the grease fitting down and the wide offset side of the spherical end towards the center of the car.

Since these will go on a car that has nearly 430 to the wheels - should these be welded into place instead of bolted? Please let me know - thank you!

...welded? Those have to pivot with the axle. Plus, for those arms, 430 is a cake walk.
