Default Question about Tein coilovers

Hey im planning on buying a 2010 Mustang GT Premium. My question is would it be a good investment to put TEIN Coilovers -Type FLEX w/EDFC ( http://www.autocarparts.com/part/946/596/ ) shocks on it, or will would it be a waste of money. Plus what would be some other good starters to put on it to increase performence power, and handleing wise?

if you get the 2010, hold off till they offer the trak pack then get a CAI and tune. better suspension and handling...there's also a dealer installed supercharger you can get and tack that on to your monthly payments.

U do realize the car comes with CAI.. same as 2006 Bullitt with timing that adjust automatically for different grade gas. Also has the same suspension components under it as the Bullitt..then tweaked for 2010

TrakPak improves handling but I haven't heard anything about horsepower It uses different gears so it prolly feels faster cause of that. Just cause they base off Bullit doesn mean there isn't room for improvement. I like improvement.

i never said there wasn't room for improvement. But someone suggested a CAI..it has one...and that is one that I also discussed with Brenspeed for my 2005 that according to them performs just as well as any other. So it would seem that a tuner and a tune from Brenspeed would be sufficient as a first step without replacing the CAI that it comes with. That is all i was trying to point out

Default thanks for the help but

Hey thanks for the help. I think I will wait untill I get the car be before getting the coilovers, and I would get that trak pak but that option isnt available yet for the GT premium. The only perfomance option I have seen that is add able is the 3.73 gearing option. But hopefully i will be able to know here soon if im able to add that trak pak because the dealership that I am ordering my car through talks straight to the factory build masters. So becasue of that I will know for sure what I can and cant get or even add stuff that normally doesnt come factory.

I met someone with the tein flex and he said they were prob one of the best coilovers for mustang. It handles well but also driveable on the street. Using EDFC to adjust suspension is much more handy than doing it by hand.
