Default Eibach Pro kit, after the install

Well, Ive had my pro kit on now for about 2mos now. So far, the handling is awesome! and the ride is about a 7 of 10. 10 being stock.

Just a few questions though....

Ive notice that when the radio is off and Im driving really slow, I can hear alot of suspension noise. squeeking, light clunking and just generally a soft tone of these noises coming from the car when driving VERY SLOW. This is just an observation.........

So, does anyone else hear all this? And I know my stock ride wasnt noisy like this....

Any input?

What parts are included in the Eibach Pro kit?

Did you change any other parts at the same time?

Hey Dblex, it's yes if you have you done more than lowering springs. If so, welcome to the NVH Club...!! Personally, I've got noises .... and some, and most of us do !!! It's just the nature of the beast and the small price you pay in the suspension mods area. Enjoy !!!

I'm not sure I would agree with this. I've got everything in my sig, and then some, and I have *zero* additional N & V. I do have H, but that is because the springs are stiffer. The biggest things to address the N & V are the front sway bar endlinks and the upper strut mounts. The OE pieces suck, even the supposedly "improved" version of the upper strut mount.

For anybody who puts on stiffer springs, I would highly recommend either the Steeda or Maximum Motorsports upper strut mounts. They're expensive, true, but well worth it.

The same can be said about the OE sway bar endlinks. First make sure they have the proper torque. Even so, IIRC they have plastic internals and are prone to failure. I haven't had issues with them myself (yet), but I think quite a few others have. If mine do eventually fail, and perhaps even prior to that, I will replace them with the Stranoparts adjustable endlinks.

I would tend to disagree. A proper lowering spring installation alone
should/would cause any more Noise or Vibration but maybe some
more Harshness. What the OP is hearing is more like rubber bushing bind.

Who installed the springs?
Did you/they tighten up the suspension
hardware at ride height like the Ford
Workshop Manual states to do?
If not, your OEM rubber bushings
are in severe bind and wont last very long.
That could be all the noises you are hearing.
All the suspension hardware that was
removed for the spring install needs to
have been tightened up with the suspension
loaded at ride height.
