Which Caster Camber Plates to get?
To my sincere dismay, I have seen that the inside of my front tires are nearly bald. I need to get some caster camber plates before I get the car aligned, and have seen only two real companies that make them, but a near $100 difference in price. The two are J&M and the other is Maximum Motorsports. Here's the links for the two, please feel free to chime in any other brands you know. Thanks!

I have the Steeda HD's. They allow 1 degree, which ain't much. With the HR Race springs and steeda plates max'd I was still at 1.7 negative. I've since swapped back to the Steeda competitions which helps greatly. They are sufficient with the Steeda springs and VERY nicely engineered units.
Those MM's are really nice!

so with the steeda springs your car was actually corrected? The steeda's are actually made by eibach which would be weird lol. I honestly just don't have the money for any of these but if I had to choose I want the cheaper one. But you know what they say, cheaper things cost more in the longrun

I use a lot of Steeda HD mounts. The MM plates only have about 1.6 degrees of adjustment, cost some $40 more (roughly), and frankly there is no need for any caster adjustment as a stock S197 has some 7 degrees already.
Further you shouldn't need a ton of adjustment. Stock spec is -.75 +/- .75 degrees, -1.5 is still in spec..... Add the Steeda HD mounts and you should be able to knock that back to -.5 if you want, which most don't because it makes the car understeer more. Also this car doesn't gain massive amounts of camber from a reasonable drop. Some yes, and you might want to not have that (I'd want it all for grip myself), and HD mounts should accomodate that while also leaving you with a more street quiet setup than full blown camber plates.
