H&R FOR TRACK?
Chill out a bit Rodeo and ignore the guy if he annoys you. Yes the search function is a good idea but there are better ways to state it. Keep it up and thread gets the lock!
carry on guys!

The adjustable suspension gives Matt a great street ride when he's taking his girlfriend for a cruise as well as a tight, well handling ride when he's pounding it out at the track!
I think you could have added this in so we can all know how well your KWs work while on and off the track.

i run the H&R race springs (about a 1.5f and 1.4r drop) with tokico blues. i am on a budget and have been very pleased with the set up. again, as other have noted determine what the car will be primarly used for. note: i do have f/r sways which makes a huge difference.

For every "yes" answer to this question, you will get a "no" answer. This is one topic that really *has* been covered numerous times. My personal opinion on this one is that it is of questionable value unless you are either:
A) a really sensitive driver who is incredibly tuned into the car and the road. IOW, not a newby.
B) you have somehow altered the front suspension geometry with extended length ball joints (Steeda X5) or altered the front LCA mounting points.
Just lowering your car doesn't alter the suspension geometry, it just alters the ride height. Yes, your suspension may not be operating in it's optimal range of motion anymore, but from what I can tell the OE Ford steering rack, tie rod ends, ball joints and front LCAs work fairly well, even on a lowered car.
