Default Toe Alignment

I just went back to my stock springs from my lowering springs. How to tell if my "toe" is out of adjustment? My left front wheel area feels like it has picked up a "flutter or wobble" and a slight vibration over certain road conditions. Primarly when it's loaded in a dip in the road or left hand corner. I've triple checked to ensure all bolts are properly torqued and my alignment sheet shows the shop put the "toe" in the green. Could these things be happening if the shop who put my springs in didn't properly torque the spring/strut assembly?

Any ideas and/or thoughts are most definitely welcome.

Did you address the bump steer issue when you
lowered it and changed the OEM steering geometry?
How wide over stock OEM widths are you current wobbly tires?
Are the rims OEM or are the aftermarket?
Have the rotor clips been removed if the rims are aftermarket?
Whats the offset/backspacing/width of the rims?
Wider tires and the factory 'green' zone is no longer applicable
of sorts.

Everything should have been torqued at ride height.
No toe or toe out will cause all sorts of wandering problems.

How wide over stock OEM widths are you current wobbly tires? 255/45/18

Are the rims OEM or are the aftermarket? OEM (Fablades)

Everything should have been torqued at ride height. I did.

No toe or toe out will cause all sorts of wandering problems. Good call. Left toe is 0.00 Right toe is 0.03.

Could that be my problem?
