Question Help a noob out

I've decided that suspension seems to be where my car knowledge runs out on me, so I've got some simple questions that I could use answers for before I try lowering the car.

I've got 18x8s in the front and rear, everything stock at the moment. I'm looking to lower the car and preferably not lose all comfort (it is a DD). I'm not looking to do any kind of tracking or put any really serious wear on the car.

What does anybody suggest for me? Brand/setup info would be appreciated. Springs/shocks, just springs?

You can start looking into the Eibach Pro-Kit and depending on how much money you want to spend you might want to pick up some castor/camber plates or just camber bolts being the lower ride will more then likely give you more of a negative camber depending on which springs you decide on.

My cars my DD and its lowered on FRPP springs with Koni STRT shocks/struts. FRPP springs are the same as eibach by the way. To be honest the ride comfort was sacrificed. Its inevitable. But its not horrible and I have no trouble making a 70 mile round trip 5 days a week.

Seems like a great deal! I am into drag racing myself but still considering putting this on.
