CC Plates with/without Springs

CC Plates with/without Springs
My front strut mounts are starting to pop, so I am going to replace them with the J&M CC Plates. My question is should I do springs at the same time? I really don't care about looks, I just want to know if it would help to increase grip at all. I know lowering the CG is good, but it also screws with roll centers and such. I already have LCA relocation brackets to adjust for the rear IC, but I don't have an adjustable phb yet. Would Steeda Sports help me at all, or would it just be a waste of money?

Well, springs would lower your cg and reduce body roll, so that's a good thing. It will make the ride a little rougher though, so there's one negative. But if you care about the handling foremost, which it seems you do, I see no reason not to throw some Steeda Sports on there. I think the advantages handling-wise will outweigh the disadvantages as far as suspension geometry. Just don't get springs that lower the car TOO much, for example Eibach Sportlines. Seems like you already got a decent set of shocks/struts. Only other things I would consider are an adjustable panhard bar and a bumpsteer kit if bumpsteer becomes a problem.
