So in a bit i'm goin to get the 2010 gt500 rims but i think when i do i want to lower it..if i lower it do i need new shocks and struts, or just the springs?

 

If you can afford to it's best to do the shocks/struts and springs all at the same time. You can do just the springs but it will wear out your stock shocks and struts prematurely and you'll end up having to replace them anyway. Best to do it all at once and be done with it.
