My 07 GT Premium got hit hard from behind, spun into the barrier, and totalled. I was just a few months from paying it off! I'm going to put the insurance $ towards a 2012 GT and I have a question about the Brembo brake package.

Should I get it? Or should I save the $ and upgrade later with after market? It'd be nice to finance the Brembo kit, and I understand it comes with upgraded steering as well. But I also read that the shocks are hard and the springs are unbalanced front/rear, which makes no sense to me. Is this true?

So should I Brembo option or not?
