To keep it 'mostly' Ford upgrades, I went with the FRPP Adjustable kit augmented with Steeda strut mounts and adjustable UCR, Shelby tubular lower control arms. The shocks/struts that came with the kit were Tokico D specs. The good: no more nose dives during braking or lifts under hard acceleration, corners flat. The bad: really ****ty (harsh) ride over all but the smoothest of roads even on the softest settings, still easy to upset the rear end with bumps encountered in corners.
It would probably be fine on the track, but LA roads suck. To do it over again, I'd go with Sam's recommendations.

Norm,
Your Koni adjuster would be damn near perfect if one end was also a bottle opener!
