eibach pro kit
Yikes!!! Got an offer to put in ford racing "k"s for 7 bills from G.A.S.....1.5" all the way around which keeps the stance the same with half inch higher in back.....lotta bread I know, BUT, and it's a big BUT.....any trouble and I'm covered. Anybody with K's on their GT?.......Mighta sold my class B Ford Horizon for 5K.....is it all or nothing (full frpp kit), or just the springs? You decide!!!!!
Because while the progressive springs will have a comfortable ride at first, any time you start driving/handling aggressively they will get very harsh, very quickly.
The linear springs will have a comfortable and consistent ride/handling.
Thanks,

you ain't kidding....either they are a ridiculously over-priced place to go, or they gave you a price because they didn't want to fool with it...
...but as others have said, do it yourself and have fun, it's not that bad. Main thing is having all the right size tools to do the work, but even if you don't, they'll be cheaper than paying someone else.
If you do a search here on the forums you'll find fantastic write-ups with pictures (see Taco Bill's write-ups) on what to do, how to do it and what you'll need. You can even go to the local car parts shops and rent spring compressors to change out the front ones...I use Autozone. It's COMPLETELY FREE to rent. You leave a deposit and as soon as you return it you get every cent back.
As far as parts, I recommend the Eibach Pro-Kit and BMR Adjustable Pan-Hard Bar with Poly Bushings on the ends (Part PHR006). If you lower your car, you will need an adjustable pan-hard bar to bring the rear end back over towards the passenger side....but you're only talking spliting around 1/4" or so...not much. So little, that if you're running stock wheels and tires it'll be hard to even tell. If you have wide rims and tires out back, you'll definitely notice it and want to take care of it.
I've installed the pro-kit on several friend's/Club Member's cars and they are always extremely happy with the stance and ride they get.
Good Luck!

Speaking from someone that has no PHB and the pro kit springs, the rear shift is minimal, you wouldn't notice it unless you knew it shifted. If you have 10" rear wheels and or park on an un-level area, then you will notice the shift significantly.
The roush kit along with the FRPP kits are overpriced. The performance gain is there but I don't think for the money its worth it. I prefer Koni yellow's due to the wide range of adjustability but the Koni STR.T are great for the money as well. For tokico struts and shocks, look no further than Steeda they have a great price on those and from what I've seen the Steeda Springs paired with Tokico are great.
I don't like the Pro-kits as to me they're a bit soft. I really like the Hotchkis sport springs which is what I'm currently running with my yellow's and its a great combo. I like the H&R race springs as well but it has a pretty aggressive drop and they're stiff. I have a customer on a set of H&R race springs paired with Koni Yellow's which he switched out from his Eibach pro-kit with Eibach struts and shocks and the difference was huge performance wise.
