Default Front LCA Removal Issues

Hi All,

I need some help. I've got to replace my front LCAs, so I picked up the GT500 replacements. I'm having a really tough time getting the current LCAs out. I can't get the arm separated from the steering knuckle. I've read the directions on AM and have been prying at it for quite a while. It just won't budge past 1/2 way out. Any advice???

Hit it with a hammer. Really, smack it with a hammer right where the ball joint goes into the spindle. Also spray it with some penetrating oil.

you can also get the balljoint fork and hammer it in between the ball joint and spindle thats how i got mine out.
