Im planing on droping my stang about 1.5 inch with hr springs, but still undecided of what else do i need.
I dnt go to the racing track or anything like that, its just my daily car, so that been said, i still need a PHB or anything else.

No, springs are fine but and adjustable PHB is always nice to have.

The real answer: maybe. You'll just have to see how yours sits after you lower it. I'm sitting on Koni Yellows and Steeda Ultralites and I didn't need a PHB.

Your car will most likely be off-centered in the rear and an adjustable panhard bar would fix that if you can't live with it.

i have the same set up as bgoose except i have the steeda sports, and i still dont have a panhard. im a little off center but i havent really noticed any weird wear or any kind of performance disadvantage. but maybe im not looking for the right stuff lol. im saving up for a watts link and am not gonna bother with the PHB

Lowered S197 on stock PHB will side-load the control arm bushings. No bueno.

You don't want to side load as it will make the car slide sideways at launch. I had
to re-center my body 1/2" to the drivers side. Get some brackets for grip too!

I knew there was a reason, that makes sense. I was trying to picture the effects in my head. I imagine that your struts would take a beating too as they be skewed half an inch to one side.
