Default Suspension installed...Pic!

Installed my suspension and wheels and get everything buttoned down.

Eibach Pro-Kit springs
Steeda struts and shocks
J&M Adj PHB
Ford Racing GT500 strut mounts
19"x9.5" SVE Drift wheels all around

One thing, I took my car in for an alignment and I was told my camber is off by 2 degrees. Guy said it will ruin my tires but make the car turn great

He recommended caster camber plates, if I buy them do I have to take the front struts/springs out to install them? Do they basically replace the GT500 strut mounts?

Yes, you have to remove the struts and they will replace the GT500 mounts.

Or get the Camber Bolts from AM $24. Are you 2" down? It doesn't look slammed.
Will you have a mechanic ride along with you changing the settings?
Do you have a portable laser alignment machine in the trunk?

If no to all these, just get the Cam Bolts. Get an alignment, done. Save the $300 for a bump steer and larger ball joints. Steeda Bump Steer and X-11 Ball Joints $167 and $157.

I do all three to all my lowered Mustangs.

The black molding makes it hard to see how low it is. Try a side picture with the camera at about 1' off the ground. I liked the result.

It looks really good. How did the ride quality change?

Yeah, it is hard to see exactly how it sits with all the black on the white, but that almost works to your advantage even. I think it looks great. Can't wait to do my suspension.

It's a little more jarring over harsh bumps, but normal day-to-day driving the added stability of better shocks/struts makes it feel better than stock.

My buddy has a new BMW M3, it felt a bit stiffer than my Mustang when it was stock (which felt very floaty), now both me and my friend have a hard time differentiating the ride quality between the two cars.

It's not, it didn't make the 1.5" in the rear that Eibach said it would drop. 1.25" all around.

Looks good. And I wouldn't mess with the camber.

On the S197 forum the guys have said to run the GT500 strut mounts backwards. Basically, you turn them 180 degrees so the arrow points up instead of down.
