I have a the J&M pandhard, the adjustable steel one. No complaints, great item for a fair price. IMO the GT500 strut mounts are fine for your setup. The SR springs, I have two freinds with them, no issues.

Overall your gonna love your new setup. Car is gonna drive so much better.

I just lowered my '09 GT today with Vogtland springs(1.3" all around) and Koni STR.T with GT500 mounts and an Ingalls engineering adjustable panhard rod with relocation bracket(on axle end), the Ingalls piece is really nice, with adjustable tie rod ends on each end of bar for super fine tuning. I must have lucked out, because no camber adjustment was needed after lowering(everything was spot on as before lowering). The biggest difference I notice is how sharp the steering and braking responses are compared to stock, ride with the STR.Ts are much smother than stock and while the springs are very much stiffer and noticeable over bumpy or rough surfaces, the overall experience is night and day compared to stock. The GT is my DD, so other than maybe some axle-backs and perhaps a tune/cai down the line, the car is perfect as she is now IMO.
Cheers!

1.3 is a nice drop, not so low that it needs all that new adjustment. Congrats your gonna fall in love with your car all over again.
