I searched this forum and could not find an answer to 2 questions I have:

1. Anyone have a good not-too-expensive source for the entire strut assembly (with springs) for a 2007 GT? Stock ride height, I can't lower the car as I live on a Michigan dirt road. We don't have potholes, we have craters, which is why there is a knocking from the front end. I did check the tie rods and stabilizers, they seem OK so I assume the knocking is from the struts.

2. Anyone have installation instructions? I have done struts before but it was 10 years ago and I know there were things I could have done better.
