Same, and had a great experience with him. Lots of advice over the phone on a car I didn't know much about. Good luck OP, but for me it would be Steedas plus Konis all day.

I have a 2007 Shelby GT, so the car was lowered about 1 1/2 inch when Shelby installed the FR3 Handling Package with the rest of the Shelby GT conversion.

My car's a DD and has about 44k miles. I just had Bilstein struts and shocks installed. It changed the ride from good to excellent! Before it was firm but rough and now it's still as firm but much smoother.

It has the same grip level, but doesn't rattle my teeth fillings whenever I drive over railroad tracks.

I noticed the same thing when I changed my lowered 2004 Mach1 from the adjustable Tokicos to Bilsteins about 10 years ago.

Why didn't I go with the yellow Koni's? Never give a mechanical engineer something he can adjust. I'll spend way too much time trying this setting, then that setting, then back to the original setting, then something halfway, etc.

Plus, I don't track my car, so it was an easy decision for me.

I had American Muscle price match what Tire Rack was selling them for. It came out to around $660 or so.

Hope that helps.
