Default New Wheels and tires, car pulls right, steering wheels shakes when held straight

So I got new wheels and tires for my 05 v6 (Jethrene). I took it to ford to get an alignment done because I knew something wasn't right. They had to replace the outer tie rods, and then they aligned the car. Well it still pulls right when I let go of the wheel and the steering wheel shakes when I hold it straight. I don't know what it could be since I just got an alignment done. Wheel balance issue? Some other suspension part? Thank you for all your help.

Balance issue or bad tire. A slipped belt in a tire will definitely cause a vibration. And depending on how its slit, will make it pull. Easiest way to check if its a tire is to swap the fronts side to side. If it pulls the other way, ding ding ding...bad tire. Usually the side it pulls to is bad. Visually, you cannot tell its bad unless the belt has slipped enough to cause a visible lump in the tread.

Just because they are new, does not mean they are good.

Thank you, I will see about getting the tires balanced again and see if it makes a difference. Would you recommend a plain jane balance or a road force balance?
