Clunking Sound

2008 GT. Sitting at a red light, if I rock the steering wheel slighty back and forth I can hearing a clunking sound. Strut mounts or inner tie rods? Outer tie rods and wheel hubs are new.

Could be lower ball joints.

Ball joints control arm bushings. Sway bar end links. Could be any of these.
