Default supercharger question

im buying a 2008 gt 500 in about 4 months, i was wondering what you guys would recommend for a supercharger upgrade. and is air/water intercooled beteer compared to air/air? im going to an automotive school and this is my graduation gift, but no one seems to know which one is better, which surprised the hell out of me. thanks for any help

I've heard air/water is the better option. I think the cooling effect is just more efficient.

When you say supercharger upgrade, do you want to stick with the stock one? You can buy Whipple or Kenne Bell kits and push the psi through the roof.

Otherwise, you can put a smaller pully on the stock one or upgrade it through FRPP.

im thinking about the2.8 kenne bell stage 3 with a 3" pulley, so far it looks like it would be the best choice. the only thing im worried about is what else would i need to upgrade to handle the 692 horses it would be putting out? im not sure what the stock driveline can stand before it breaks.

Probably just some suspension work like LCAs would be a good move. I haven't heard of any problems with the stock drivetrain.
