It sounds like the SCT tune is effective. I see it is about $479. Bama recomended the Xcalibrator3 which with the 3 tunes included would be $439 so pricing is close. I would like to hear from a few people with different versions to compair to. Thanks for your input. That is a sharp ride.

ok, now it makes sense.
sorry if i came off a little offensive, the numbers just didnt add up to me. but now it is much clearer.
that's a very nice lookin' shelby vert you got btw!
No Worries and Thanks.

I looked at several different tuners and superchips before I Decided to go with SCT. I had completely forgotten a friend of mine worked for them. But SCT Specializes in mustang tuning and they definitely stand by their work. They actually had a special tune built for my car since the 08 Shelby's are custom tuned out of the factory. Took a little bit to get it, but it definitely kicked ***.

And just an FYI, the tuner they used on my car is an SF3 Power Flash from SCT.

Thanks for the Info. I will definately look into this one more before making a decision. You say that it took a bit of time getting it. How long? Will they also give you free changes if you do a few things like change the gear ratio? I am thinking of switching to a 3.90 or 4.11 gear but most likely not before the tune change. Bama will upgrade for free.

I actually had mine tuned with 4.10 gears. It took them a couple days to get it in since it was an 08 GT. But now that they have the tune designed for it, it shouldn't take more than a day to get it and have it done. Trust me, it's worth it.
