Yes it is worth it to do the suspension mods. I would get the adj upper control arm and the non adj lower control arms. I have BMR and i hate to say it, but i would try a different brand like steeda. Plus, it seems steedas UCA is better for autocross which is just up the SGTs alley. While you are there, go ahead and get an adjustable panhard rod, and the brace if you want. There should be good instructions on how to install them as well. It might pay off to look into the weld in (or bolt in) lca relocation brackets since you are already lowered. I would again go steeda bc they have 4 slots for adjustability while others have only 3.
Happy hunting.
My recomendation
Steeda non adjustable LCA with poly bushings in both ends
Steeda adjustable UCA with poly bushing
Steeda adjustable panhard rod
and Maybe
Steeda panhard rod brace (its like 100 bucks)
Steeda LCA relocation brackets (there a good idea dependign on how far you wanna go)

You do not need an adjustable lower unless you have an aftrmarket rear end. Sometines they do not get the lca brackets in the right spot therefore then you would need the adjustable arm to correct your wheelbase.
