frpp shifter question

frpp shifter question
Does the frpp shifter that you can buy off of the KR have the mechanism in it so you dont miss the 2nd to 3rd shift when your speed shifting? I know the pro 5.0 and the steeda shifter both have this, but havent heard if the frpp does.
