Default Before i "maybe" buy a SHelby 07-08

Im thinking about selling my Mustang GT 06, its just not enough power, so my thoughts is not a Roush but a Shelby, my plan is buy a Shelby get a KR. hood and of cause new suspension and springs so I also can take a corner, is this how to do this our is a tuned Roush the better solution, my opinion not be cause bad engine tune and its not a shelby.

Shelby GT500, what I need is more power, my competition here is Porsche, BMW M3,5,6 I would like 4.2sec. 0-100km/h top speed 280-290 with good grip.

Well the GT500 is good but not any of what you want either.

why dont you look at teh saleen s281e I seen a couple at teh dealership where i bought my 500 from, they are a little more expensive or the same as a 500 depending where you look... but you get a supercharged 4.6 with suspension and everything upgraded... really sweet car.. that would probably be more of what your looking for.. But it also depends on what your plans are... drag racing... GT500 hands down... can make big power... road racing.... I heard the s281e handles like no other and is fast.. It all depends..

If you are looking for a touring car, the GT 500 is the way to go. Lots of horsepower, plenty of comfort, supple ride, terrific in a straight line. If you want handling, and can allow for the harsher ride, etc. then take a look at the Saleen. What you want to do determines what tool you use.

Or you can go for a slightly used Corvette Z06... $55,000 and you get a powerful, quick, comfortable car that handles like a dream.....

nah Covette I never liked the end of the Car and its a Covette. About Saleen yes thought about that, but then its not a Shelby, thats why Im thinking of a Shelby where I then place some modifications so it also can take a corner, could not be more then 2000$ eibach or Roush.

Where I will drive, well everywhere, just not in Cities, my GT is getting a little boring, 140mph is not enogh and a little quicker to 100km/h could be great.
