Are they hard to change out? What tools needed?

I would pay for some fresh gaskets if the price was "ok".

The install will take about 15-20 minutes. It's very simple. No need for new gaskets either. Just pull the stock gaskets off of the stockers and insert them into the P321 covers. Reinstall and tighten the 4 bolts and you're done. No need to remove the throttle body, plenum or anything else.
