I am running Schhaffer 5/50w oil...good thing to look for...but I do think the fouled plugs caused fuel burn in the cats...I am honestly happy it happened...glad to get rid of those POS...

If I were you I'd lower that limiter. Unless you have built internals your rods will eventually go bye bye.

These hand built 5.4's wont have a problem with hitting that limiter now and them...I dont make a habit of it though...Brenspeed sets that point in their tune so the engine will run through the redline at full potential...according to my dyno results...best shift point is at 6200-6300 rpm...
