Just wanted to say...

WOW! I was just out cruising in my lil' sixxer with my little brother and saw a GT500 out and about so of course I had to follow the guy. We got on a two lane one-way and I could see he wanted to show me who's boss (he was rolling at 15mph in a 30 waiting for me to catch up). I pull up next to him and we both floor it... the sound, the acceleration, everything was absolutely amazing! I've seen many GT500's cruising around but never anyone that actually floored it or anything. So me and this guy did this a few more times going in circles on the one-way's, I got in front and he followed me for a bit. I must say it was pretty sweet to cruise around with a GT500!

Turns out that it was my little brothers friends dad's GT500. That's a tongue twister heh. Apparently my little bro's friends gpa bought the guy that thing.

Anyways props to all of you GT500 owners

Thanks man..just spooled the super charger to 10 PSI 1st and 2nd gear a minute ago...nothing like it!

The other day I was driving home and a GT500 flew by me going at least 70 (45 zone) so I try to catch up to him. I got passed him and gave him a thumbs up, but nothing back. No wave or thumbs up

I've had similar things happen. I think some people just bought their stang not even knowing it's a Mustang. Completely oblivious to the outside world lol... mostly chicks in there Mustangs. I'll see them driving a decent lookin' stang and give them a smile, a nod, or something and they look at me like "huh?!?!" lmao.

As for driving like a gramps thats a no-no in a 5.4l supercharged car! :P

I always acknowledge other Mustangs...no matter which one of my 3 I am in...we are all brothers! LOL...(and you are right...some dont have a clue)...but quite a few people ask to see the GT500 do its thing..and with the modifications I have made it is putting down close to 550 RWHP and it puts on a pretty good show! Problem is I doubt I will get 10K out of the rear tires...LOL
