They arent the KR mufflers, and they are'nt the stingers...
Did ford make a stinger for the GT500?

I have buddy offering to sell these and I'm wondering how much louder,deeper they are than stock GT500 mufflers.

I want them quite a bit louder and deeper but I don't want to drown out the Supercharger whine.

What are these and anyone have opinions on them?

Those are ford racing stingers.. Designed by borla stamped with ford.. I had those exact ones.. Very nice tone.. A little drone and not as deep of a tone as the kr

 

These are not the stingers.
The stingers are for the GT only and these are for SVT

That's why I would like to know what they are.

They are the Ford Racing Stingers....similar to the Borla Stingers that I am running on my car. Only difference is Borla's Tips are 4" and are stamped "Borla"...Ford Racing's Tips are 3.5" and stamped "Ford Racing". They do drone at lower RPMs...but, IMO, are great sounding mufflers at both idle & WOT.

 

Yes they ARE the stingers...there is MORE than one model of stingers...one will fit the gt and svt models and one was designed specifically for the svt...so as I said I had them and they sound good with little drone.. Not as deep as my KR but a big improvement over stock
