Question Nobody going for GT350's?

I couldn't find any posts from new owners or even pics. Not popular here or too new?
I was just by the museum and while the Super Snakes look AWESOME, the GT350 really caught my as a possible DD in the spring. Wondering what customers think after paying the big $'s for the SC model?

A friend of mine was at the museum recently and they said the GT350 was not CARB approved yet and that was holding up sales.

I think it looks great. The 2011 had an aluminum ring around the grill opening which they took off the 2012.

Don't forget that they will not be making a lot of these either.
And few mustang owners out of all of them are forum members in reality.

I guess they will be rare. The Canadian mod ship listed does not even offer the package, although they do Super Snake conversions.

It really is a cool looking car in person. I actually just ordered a poster.

Thanks for the replies!

Well if I had 65k to drop on car I would have got one but this Air Force E-5 and all his wisdom just can't foot the bill on that. The GT350 has already been CARB approved to...just FYI.

Thanks.

There is a guy over on Boss Mustang Performance forums that owns a new Shelby GT350 and a Boss, he did comment on how long it took for it to go through CARB though.

They are going to be very rare. I believe I saw where they were only making 1000 units total. That or I thought I saw like anywhere from 600 to 1000 of the supercharged ones and so many of the N/A ones.

I know 600-1000 is a big difference when it comes to those numbers but I can't freaking remember which it was and now I can't find the info haha!

I was under the impression that it only came supercharged? What does the NA one have?

Not sure exactly what all the NA one has.
Also you can actually order it to your spec.
If you go to the Shelby website they have a brochure there
that has options etc.

But the two main packages are the supercharged and of course the NA one.
I believe they are both 5.0 engines.

About 34k for the package on top of the regular GT price with supercharger.
About 27k on top of regular GT price N/A.
