I have a 2015 and sometimes the display just goes blank. I removed the kick panel and checked the fuse (20amp#33). The fuse was not blown and I reinstalled it and the system works. It has done that two times. Have any of you had that problem? Thanks.

 

here is a message i found that may relate to your concern, take it in and have the dealer see if this applies, it may be as simple as a reprogram

SSM 45213 - 2015 Mustang - 107 mm (4.2 Inch) Front Control Driver Interface Module (FCDIM)Blank Screen And No Audio With Ignition On - Built On Or Before 2/14/2015

Some 2015 Mustang vehicles built on or before 2/14/2015 with a 107 mm (4.2") Display may exhibit a blank FCDIM screen and no audio from the entertainment system with key on engine off or running. Reprogram the FCDIM to the latest calibration using IDS release 96.02

 

Take it to dealer it should be under warranty.
