Default Shifting Problems

2003 V6 Mustang (automatic)
Where do i even begin lol.
Well in October i got my transmission rebuilt and when i got my car back my "Service Engine Soon" light was on and my A/C and Temperature Gauge stopped working. So they told me my Throttle Position Sensor was the reason for those problems. Now its February and the car has been shifting hard up and down also it has a rough idle, vibrates, sometimes the temperature gauge goes up some and back down and when it does that the car idles at 1000-1200 RPMs. So i took it back to the transmission place and told them what was going on with the car and they told me that the transmission was fine and it was because of my tps and exhaust leak.
My question to you guys is does those two things cause my car to have the problems its having?
Also i went to AutoZone and had them run my service light and it came up,
P1117 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Intermittent.
P1289 Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor Signal Greater Than Self-Test Range.
P1290 Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor Signal Less Than Self-Test Range.

Thank you and Sorry for the long post.

You should have never taken the car back from the trans shop with the Service Engine light on.

If it wasnt on when you dropped off the car then they either didnt hook something back up or they broke something.

You dont have a tps sensor as you have a throttle cable.

he absolutely does have tps its what tells the pcm what position the throttle is in, how ever I do agree that he should have never accepted it from the shop with the cel on if it wasn't on when he dropped it off.
