PO300 and PO308
New to the forum, I have looked and searched throughout this forum with no results meeting my criteria. I have a 2017 Roush Stage 3 with new injectors, new plugs, upgraded supercharger pulley, cold air intake, oil catch can, plus many other mods. I just recently purchased her. Second time firing her up I get a see service manual warning. Codes read:
P2135 (throttle pedal position sensor/switch “A” / “B” voltage correlation
PO316 (Engine misfire detected at start up - First 1000 revolutions
PO307 (Cylinder 7 misfire detected)
I cleared the codes thinking bad gas- maybe cold weather, etc
Oil catch can was full. Emptied that and drove her for a bit trying to clean her out.
Now I’ve been getting PO300 (Multiple misfires at start up - under 1000 revolutions and
PO 308 (Cylinder 8 misfire detected)
I swapped out the #8 coil pack for the # 5. Cleared the codes. Codes came back so I swapped out the #8 plug with the #6. Codes came back and CEL came on. Went out to start the car the next day CEL was gone.
Has been having a rough idle and will occasionally die at idle. One time while merging to get on the interstate I got into it a little, car kept running but when I gave it gas it wouldn’t go anywhere. Shut her down, restarted her. She had less that 1/4 of gas, after restarting it and driving it to the station, filled her up without further issues like this one.
Also I should note it has a 93 octane tune and an E85 tune.
Any ideas of where to go from here
would be appreciated!!!
