Ok I looked really close at mine today while out and about. There is a minor difference in how the light is reflected due to minor waves around that area. Definately nothing that would show up in pics like those above and probably wouldn't be any different if I loosened the fasteners a hair.
As far as I can tell my car sat in the blazing sun since it was built in December of 2005 until the day I bought it in June. When I picked it up the bezel on the boost gauge was coming off, which the dealer fixed, and the steering wheel badge is coming off (which the dealer punted on twice). At least my body kit is straight.
The dealer I bought from carries about 10 Saleens at a time. Just not enough covered parking for them.

lately ive noticed mine to have a gap at the corner , almost like its loose? an falling? right where it matchs up with other rear panel i can see a little metal brace
