I won't be able to make it[sm=smiley19.gif] but request you guys "hoist one" in Georgia's honor, as you will be in her 'hood. She was the first late-model Saleen in GA.
Yea i think i already have enough miles on my car and cant afford to haul her thanks for checking for me Jason
Come on man, don't let 500 round trip miles keep you away. There could easily be 50 Saleens at this event, all of which are driven by some pretty damn nice (and cool [8D]) people. If you don't come, you know you'll be sitting at home wishing you did
7 hour drive for me. Might have to consider going. What are going to be the biggest show stoppers there?
The Feature Car for the show is the S-351's. Looking to be quite a few of them there. There is also a few SA-10 owners coming and trying to get as many of them in attendance as possible (only 9 built and 7 left in existence) If the Indy Fox guys get their act together then we could see several fine fox cars (on top of the Tennessee Fox contingent). Saleen Inc will be there (still not sure if Steve will make it) so no telling what they will bring. Lately they've been using a S-331 SC Sport Truck to haul around one of the new Heritage cars.
But the show stopper will clearly be that lovely S-281 E of yours when it comes strolling in
Coming down with the BIG Drive that starts in Wisconsin, through IN, TN and into Georgia. The 2000 Speedster will be adding a few more miles on to the 59,000 it has on it already.
