If its 13 before the cats, the 13 number should be higher after the cats.

The guy that tuned my car measures exhaust before the cats to get a more accurate reading. If they did the same thing then it would read higher. mine read an average of about 13 something....but would be equivalent to 11.7 after the back.

Casey - My Saleen factory flash475 hp tune does the reverse from what you stated. It's 14.2-14.3 from 2200 rpm's to 2500 rpm's, then trends down to 13 between 2500 and 2800 rpm'sand remains at 13 till 6000 rpm. It was installed, and put right on the dynojet dyno.

RE: 13 to 1 air/fuel safe on Saleen 475hp kit?
I had the same issue when I dynoed in California with my Stock 435 Saleen kit. It staerted at 14 and came down to 13 or so. There is mixed logic. Saleen claims those reading at the exhaust tips ok and would be lower farther in, others were conerned, but also wanted to sell me their services. I don't recall Saleen tunes ruining their own cars a lot, and they must make them to CA smog specs, which many tunes are not.
What is that 475 kit actually pulling for you? 395rwhp, 400, 405, or 410 ?? On a 6lb pully up from 4lb, sice Saleen uses more aggressive ignition timing for their standard tune anyway, I can't see the 6lb pulley making more than 400rwhp. ??
My 8lb JDM tune ran a 12.2 in the uppers and was pulling 420 or so rwhp @ 17 timing.
Now, Saleen confirmed the proper A/F with JDM over the phone and fax Dyno, but I don't recall, now that I'm in No Man's Land with my E-car tune with the rest of the High HP maniacs in these forums. Erik

Is your fuel pressure regulator vacuum line routed to see boost??? On the 05 Saleen cars and some of the earlier installation instructions on the blowers they have it routed to the brake booster, it does no good there!!!
If not your going to see an air fuel like what your seeing
Email Tech@teamjdm.com and ill send you back a pic of what it should look like

The 05 production saleens came like this and if you got a blower more than a year ago chances are the instructions had you route the lines wrong as well.
If you can take a pic of the driverside of the engine bay for me and email it to the tech@teamjdm.com address or here.
If you look at your driver side fuel rail on the front of it you will locate the fuel pressure regulator. There is a black rubber vaccum hose that attaches to it and should run to the side of the supercharger between the back two intake runners on a boost port (nipple). This is the correct way to route it.
If its wrong the vaccum line will run from the Fuel press regulator to the big hose that is comming off your brake booster. It does no good there. The fuel pressure regulator needs to see boost in order to send the required amount of fuel to the engine. If not your going to run lean.
The 475 kit was designed to prevent this, the 435 kits using stock injectors and maf leaned out like that because the injectors and maf were maxxed out.

To expand on what Jim is telling you about the vacuum lines, check out this old thread:
