Hey Everyone:
Friend of mine at Discount Tire has told me that Pirelli will no longer make P-Rosso Rears for our cars. 275/40/20 & 315/35/20 have both been discontinued. Fronts in 275/35/20 are still in production. I looked on their website and sure enough they are no longer listed. Their are still some available but when they are gone he has been told thats it. Bad news if you get a nail in your sidewall and can't get a replacement Pirelli to match up your set. 3 Pirelli's and 1 Toyo just ain't right IMO.

Nice. I guess a switch to PS2's will be in order once the rears are done.

ive got the 10 inch rears on my car with the stock 275/35's. It looks fine.

Abbas: As far as i know Toyo Proxes 4 is the only tire made in the stock 275/40/20 size. Regency Mustang's come with this size in the rears. Hope this helps!

I would go wider in the rear just like the old/new Extremeand use your hand held tuner to adjust the speedometer calibration.

I beleive the old Extreme was 285/35 on a ten inch rim. The new Extreme uses a 305 but I am not sure if the rim is the same size and offset. Maybe someone else could chime in. I would love to go to a 305 tire if I could on my 10 inch rim and have no clearance issues.

the only tire i could find in a 305 was the pirelli and it was mucho dinero. michlin shows one on their website but when i called they said it hasnt been released yet. this was about 3 months ago.
