SALEN BUY QUESTION
2004 SALEEN SUPERCHARGED 18000 MILES IS IT WORTH 23000 2.2000 SALEEN SUPERCHARGED CONVERTIBLE REARO SEATS 17000 MILES ASKING 21000 NEED OPINION ON THEM COUSIN THINKING OF GETTING ONE

As for cost, look around and see what they are going for, and then measure intangables. Is the car you are looking at in good shape? Close by? do you know how it was driven (hard or little ol' lady style)? Would it look good in the bank windows?

As far as the cars go if they are both priced about the same +- a thousand or two go with how each has been taken care of. If the 04 looks beat and the 01 looks like its in great shape go with the 01. I like the 04 as it is the last year of the body style and has some unique features lik the center exhaust and the wing plus I think thesupercharger flows a little better. I think the numbers are supposed to be 375hp vs 365 hp so its pretty much a wash .
What colors are they? Do you have any numbers on them? I am sure someone can look them up in the Saleen Bible for you. At least the 01 they can.

For the LOVE OF GOD, man, please DO NOT let your cousin buy a Saleen. You have done nothing but b*tch about them for the past year while ignoring all pleas to STOP USING CAPS and learn how to spell and punctuate. Theprospect of another one like you is more painful than I can bear.
