installed steeda LCA's and UCA
By far one of my best mods yet. I figured that it would get rid of the wheel hop (which it did) but i thought that would be about it. The rear suspension feels much more solid in the corners and i think that it did increase grip off the start. Ill be heading to the track when the weather gets better to see if my 60ft got better. By far the best $300 ive spent on the car. Next will be a rear sway bar and adjustable panhard bar.
By the way the UCA install was a B!@tch. would have been easier if i removed the panhard bar and brace, and lowered the fuel tank.

You guys get wheel hop? What exactly is wheel hop because either I don't get it or I'm thinking of the wrong thing (I drive with tracking control off if that makes a difference)

Saleen05797, i only got wheel hop if i hit the gas and spun the tires while i was already rolling. it did it really bad in second gear. you will know if it happens because the rear end chatters loud and you get a bad vibration.
Slammer, no i didnt use the access door under the seat. would that have made it easier to torque the nuts. the torque and getting the bracket off far enouph to get the bolt out was th only hard part.
Chididdy, no i have no noise at all. i used plenty of lube when i did the install. i bought extra just incase the parts didnt come with enough.

I had an 05 Stock GT Convertible and now have my 08 Steeda which has all Steeda suspension and traction control systems. The difference is amazing! I can tell you the HOOK UP is amazing. Especially in warmer weather. I felt like I actually had a hard time spinning the tires. The Seat Pant G-Meter was awesome! To grin from ear to ear!
Good to hear another Steeda Mod made the owner happy!
Nice looking Stang, too!
