I would do it at 33-34k...... too low or is that far?

1. I do not see car sales improving anytime soon
2. it is located in Ohio
3. winter is here
4. car has been for sale for a while now
5. saleen values have taken a big hit...

Nothing is too low these days. Even when the market was good I got my car for $6k under what they were selling it for because it was for sale for awhile.

What's the worst that could happen? Float the idea out there and see what they say....

I have to agree. I would throw something out there. The market is tough right now. I have mine for sale, and listed it high, but I am in no hurry to sell it. It all depends on the seller, and if he needs to sell it or not. I Would offer like 32k, and see what happens. Worst thing is he can say no, and possibly come back with something else. Have to start somewhere.

If I sell mine (possibly soon) I may buy that saleen. I miss having a convertible and I dont really need all the "extreme" power. I like it but would rather have a nice vert

thats the thing, I will offer 32k and see what they say. I will have to phone the manger etc as the deal will be done over the phone since I live 2000 miles away.

Al, there is an 06 Lipstick Red Vert on Craigslist for $32,500 with only 13,k miles in Gilbert? He added the blower but still seems like a pretty good deal. I wish it was avail. before I bought mine.

I think 33k would be fair esp in this market and the car is in Ohio too

how many miles are your saleen?

what is your take on the price of this car?

I feel once a saleen hits a certain point the values will not drop as fast....
