Default Supercharger question

Ok, so I am a scrub, help me out. I posted a thread earlier about my tire situation and I mentioned a whining noise that comes on after I boost. When I let off of the pedal the whining noise comes on real loud and I am pretty sure that it is coming from this little bugger here (see down below). aKa what the hell is this little thing and can it be fixed or can someone possibly come to my house and fix it for me, I will give you scrillions.... hahaha.
Thanks again.

Looks like the actuator that opens and closes your bypass valve.

Saleen bypass vid: http://videos.streetfire.net/video/2...alve_33740.htm

Do you have a vacuum line running to it?

Yeah Polk there is a vacuum line running around out of the bottom of it. I actually think I figured it was built like a Diaphram, when boost is built it fills up in there, and the problem with mine is that I think I have a leak inside it because as my car does a free way run or I really get on the boost, when I get done, it starts to whine really loud. That theory would make sense since the more boost I create, the more vacuum it will have inside, and so the leak will create that whining sound when the air is trying to escape?
Just a theory... Does anyone know where I can purchase another? I have a SERIES II

haha. maybe 1 or 2 ................million scrillions! hahaha
honestly, I can not find this on Ebay, I don't know who to call to get a replacement. It is the actual Bypass Valve itself I am pretty sure given the vacuum attached on the bottom and the way it pulls out and such when I stomp on it and then let off, the problem is, with boost still built up in there, since it leaks, the **** sound like a dying crow in my engine.

First time I have been ashamed to pull up at a light ;(
Someone help me get ahold of someone that can get me this

Thank you so much! Definitely appreciate it. And what was it that I was asking for? A bypass valve?
