Do you order the parts yourself and build it yourself or do you just by a stage 3 from the dealer?

Depends on whether you want a real Roush or just a clone. You can do it either way. Check Out Roushperformance.com

Any/all Roush parts can be purchased and installed by yourself (or a shop of your chosing).
As posted, the serialized ("real") Roush cars are made by them, and come with a full warrenty. They will also carry more value than a car put together by a private owner.

Roush offers many different packages from entry level to full on track cars.

Jack's story is very closely tied to Ford/Ford Racing. Many don't realize how much his hand has played a roll development and aftermarket for our cars (and many others). Jack himself started with Ford in 1964. Officially, Roush Performance was created in the 70s. He started offering his version of the Mustang to the public in 1995, but his work goes back to Mustangs like the 1979 Pace Car. He has also paired up to create Roush Yates Engines and Roush Fenway Racing. Jack's automotive race teams have earned the title of "winningest team in racing".

His company does a lot of aftermarket for Ford - obviously. But they also do a LOT of R&D, prototpying for Ford and a few other major companies in the automotive and aviation industries.
