Default Base model v6 fog light wiring help

My vehicle did not come with fog lights. I went to the junk yard and pulled a set of factory fog lights and the factory switch. My vehicle is a base model V6. The factory switch has 4, maybe 5, wires attached to it. Im pretty sure it also has a tiny light installed. What size fuse should i use in the wiring and how exactly do i wire the tiny light in the switch? Thanks

Look at your wiring harness it may already have all the connections there, just plug the parts in. My 94 did.

Unfortunately, i dont have the harness installed on my car. Ive already looked under the bumper as well as the center console. I'm not that lucky. Lol

Default fog lights

I had a 98 v6 coupe, The wiring for the Fog Lights connector was behind the bumper p toward the headlights. I took the wiring harness from the yard from the back of the Fog lights up to that connection. The fog lights where wired in the factory connection of the headlight switch the fog lights came on when the switch was in driving light and headlight position.

I added driving lights to my 1999 Stang and the wiring was in the center console. It maybe attached to a bracket but should be 2 plugs one for the driving lights and one for the conv top. This will mate with the OE switch. Not sure what year you have. I did not have any additional wiring under the front end. I used a 40A Power Switch & Relay Wiring Harness Kit like this:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/8ft-40A-Pow...IAAOSwYGFUuVzy

and removed the switch and used the OE Ford switch to close the relay. Using the OE switch with factory wiring only cutting the output 12V. This lets the lights function as the factory lights did, only on when the headlights or parking lamps are on and only on low beam. Factory switch is fused and additional wiring harness has a fused circuit so your covered, nothing more to add.
